I am having problems downloading. What is wrong?

If you are behind a firewall, you may have problems downloading files from our Web site. You may be unable to download .EXE file types or files from our ftp server. We recommend that you use these alternate locations and that you select .ZIP file versions.

I tried to upgrade my software, but the download link and password I originally received no longer work. What should I do?

Please contact TechSmith for up-to-date upgrade and download information.

I tried to install the software I downloaded, but received the following error message: Could not initialize installation (CRC).

The setup program is incomplete or corrupt. Please try the download again. If you are still unable to download the complete setup program, please contact Technical Support and ask to have a copy sent to you via e-mail.
