Programmer's Paradise Announces Distribution Agreement With TechSmith Corporation

SHREWSBURY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2003 -- Lifeboat® Distribution Services, a division of Programmer's Paradise®, Inc. (NASDAQ: PROG), a leading independent marketer of software tools for technology professionals, announced today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with TechSmith Corporation, the leading provider of screen capture and screen recording software.
